What does 3 TRX buy?

One rental unit provides 65,500 energy for 1 hour. It is a resource allowance, not a guarantee that every USDT transfer needs only one unit. Check the energy estimate in your wallet before paying.

Why does the package cost 6 TRX per transaction?

The package includes bandwidth and starts at 10 transactions, so the minimum payment is 60 TRX. Ordinary energy rental costs 3 TRX per unit and does not include bandwidth. Two ordinary units cost 6 TRX, but are not a package.

Will I still need TRX in my wallet?

You may need TRX for bandwidth or energy beyond your available resources. Check the wallet estimate again after the rented energy arrives. Actual resource consumption varies; a fixed saving is not guaranteed.

Can I pay directly from an exchange?

An exchange withdrawal may use an address you do not control. If the paying address differs from the wallet that needs energy, contact [email protected] to confirm allocation before paying.

Payment is confirmed but energy is missing. What should I check?

Check the network, token, amount and receiving address. Refresh your wallet resource page. If energy is still missing, email the transaction ID, amount and wallet address to [email protected]. Avoid repeated payments while the first payment is being checked.

Does unused energy expire?

Ordinary energy rental expires after 1 hour and unused energy is not refundable. Confirm the usage period and counting rules for transaction packages separately before buying. Do not assume the ordinary rental period also applies to a package.
